Props:
Deciding whether to use locations or build sets, and whether the locations are good enough. Then six weeks in they bought good props. Instead of making costumes they went to charities to find the appropriate clothing. Also North Face lent some climbing gear for certain scene in the film. They did this to save money as it was cheaper to purchase things and it also went to the greater good.

The shoot lasts for 35 days, span five days a week, give or take the odd Saturday morning and includes a week of dreaded night shoots. There were issues with night shoots at this of year in Scotland because they are very short.
You've made some good notes on the case study itself, but you really needed to be looking for the information relating to parts and stages of post-production and write some detailed notes.
