1. Identify two costs that you may need to consider when developing a new phone app and explain how these costs impact on the project. 

 A. One cost may be the wage of the app designer, graphic designer or someone who can code. They may be paid for the whole project or by an hourly basis. This might impact the project because if no one has the skills already they may need to pay another designer which affect both time and money. Another cost might be to copyright the name of the app so that other people do not use it once it has been launched. This would impact the project positively so that the name cannot be copied.. This does take time however, so it might delay the project if they needed to wait for this to happen.

 3. You have been offered a job as an apprentice for a company called Align Media. When they offered you the apprenticeship, you were required to sign a from giving the intellectual property rights of any work you produce to Align Media. 

 A. This form is an agreement which states that any work created for Align Media is owned by them and also means that you cannot walk any information to the public of a new product. You also cannot share any ideas created for or by Align Media.

Leveson Inquiry: The Leveson inquiry was a public, judge-led inquiry. It was set up by prime minister David Cameron to investigate the press, after journalists at the News of the World were accused of illegally accessing the voicemail messages on other people's phones, without their knowledge or consent.  They were also accused of bribing police officers.
